About the Position We are looking for someone who wants to work as a project manager within security installations. Actemium's Security business unit has specialist expertise in alarms and security. We work with installations of fire alarms, burglar alarms, and camera surveillance, and are now looking for a structured and driven project manager for our office in Luleå. We envision that you have a background as a project manager within electrical installation, alarms/security, or related areas. About the Assignment As a project manager, you have technical and financial responsibility for your projects and maintain contact with clients, contractors, and our technicians and installers. In this role, you are responsible for your customers, from inquiry to after-sales service. You are responsible for project progress and ensuring they comply with our standards for quality, environment, health, and safety regulations. Within VINCI Energies, competence development is an important area. We have our own academy in Sweden with training adapted to our various roles. Competency Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in project management within one of our technical areas. You have a good understanding of project economics and know which factors create profitability in projects. Basic knowledge of contract law is important, and certification as an engineer in fire/burglar alarms is highly desirable. Experience as an electrician or alarm installer is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of regulations related to fire and burglar alarms, although this is not a requirement. To thrive and perform in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, take responsibility, and work structurally. You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally. You are proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and have good experience working with the Office package.
