Company Presentation For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Project Manager / Interface Manager for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 3 months via Unik Resurs with very good opportunities for extension. Work Tasks and Responsibilities Do you want to be part of driving some of Sweden's most exciting industrial and property projects? Simons Energy is in an expansive phase and is now looking for an engaged Project Manager / Interface Manager who wants to play a key role in developing our operations in Finspång. Here you get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where production, property development and technology meet, while contributing to future energy solutions. Your Role As Interface Manager, you will be the central link between ongoing property projects, contractors and production operations. You are responsible for creating structure, coordination and clear communication between many different stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently and with minimal impact on production. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, production and support functions in a role where no two days are alike. Examples of Work Tasks - Lead and coordinate the daily interface between projects and production. - Plan and ensure efficient communication regarding activities, changes and any disruptions. - Coordinate daily and weekly meetings between project organization, contractors and operations. - Handle changes in schedules and activities and coordinate consequences and measures. - Ensure that contractors have the right conditions to perform their work. - Verify that risk analyses, work permits and safety reviews are completed before work begins. - Follow up on risks, schedules and critical dependencies. - Report status, deviations and risks to project and operations management. Your Profile We are looking for you who - Have experience in project management, industrial projects, construction projects or operations coordination. - Are comfortable in complex environments with many contact points and parallel activities. - Have a strong ability to create structure and drive coordination between different actors. - Communicate clearly and build trust with both operations and contractors. - Have good understanding of work environment, safety and risk management. - Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
