We at Lernia are now looking for a Project Manager with personnel responsibility in Construction and Contract Work for our client in Saltsjö-Boo. Are you an experienced leader with a passion for construction projects, economics, and business? Do you have the ability to lead projects from concept to completion while creating value for both client and company? Our client works with comprehensive solutions in interior carpentry. Today, 15 people work at the company, and the staff have extensive experience in assembly, manufacturing, and construction. About the Position As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, planning, and monitoring our projects with a focus on quality, working environment, environment, results, and daily operations. You report directly to the Operations Manager and have a central role in our management team. Your assignment includes: - Lead project managers and ensure that projects are driven according to established goals and guidelines - Manage project finances and monitor revenues and costs - Prepare estimates, quotations, and schedules - Have ultimate responsibility for QMS work (Quality, Environment, Work Environment) - Create and maintain good customer relationships - Participate in construction meetings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Handle deviations, risks, and changes in projects in a business-like manner Qualifications We are looking for someone with: - Documented experience from a similar role in the construction or contract work industry - Good knowledge of contract law, project management, and economics - Relevant education, for example as a construction engineer (advantageous) - Driver's license (B category) - Leadership qualities and experience developing teams - Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and communicate clearly Personal Qualities You are a natural leader with strong business drive and a clear willingness to take responsibility.
