About the role As a Project Manager, you will be an important part of a function responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategy within Supply Chain & Logistics. The role involves close collaboration with several business areas, product categories, and international teams. You will lead and drive strategic programs and projects related to Supply Chain and logistics, with a focus on ensuring successful implementations, creating engagement in the organization, and driving change work in a global environment. Your areas of responsibility: Drive and implement strategic initiatives within Supply Chain and logistics. Lead projects related to system implementations, process development, and change management. Coordinate and align work between different functions and teams internationally. Conduct analyses and mappings to identify improvement areas and prioritize efforts. Ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals and timelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Plan, design, test, and implement new ways of working and processes. Your profile: Must-have requirements: At least 2 years of experience in project management or equivalent role within Supply Chain, logistics, or operations. Higher education or university degree in, for example, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Economics, Engineering, or equivalent. Good understanding of planning and IT systems related to Supply Chain. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Power BI or equivalent. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written. Meritorious: Experience from international organizations. Experience from the industry or manufacturing operations. Who are you?
