Our customer is now looking for a dedicated ILS project manager who wants to drive work on maintenance solutions, customer documentation, and training initiatives in technically complex projects.
Working as an ILS Project Manager at Our Customer
As an ILS project manager, you lead a project team of up to five people and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring ILS deliverables within one or several projects. You get a central role in the projects and work closely with various business areas, including other project managers, procurement, and systems and subsystems designers.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Lead the development of maintenance analyses, customer documentation, and customer training within one or several projects.
Support the development of customized maintenance solutions.
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on ILS deliverables and activities.
Collaborate with different functions and ensure good communication throughout the different phases of the project.
The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, creating structure, and driving work forward, while having the ability to collaborate with different competencies and stakeholders.
The role is based in Halmstad and you are expected to work on-site at the office the majority of the time. Some opportunity for hybrid work is available.
Being a Consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

We Are Looking for You
Have relevant higher education or university degree in, for example, engineering, engineering science, or another relevant field
Have at least 2 years of professional experience within ILS Engineering or a closely related relevant field
Have experience in project management, planning, and coordination.
Have a good understanding of ILS and preferably experience with maintenance analyses, technical documentation, or customized maintenance solutions
Have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different functions and competencies
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and communicative and enjoy a role where you can drive work forward
To start this assignment, you need to undergo and be approved for security clearance according to applicable security regulations at any given time, which is why Swedish citizenship is required.
