Do you want to help realize customers' exclusive dream homes – and become part of a small but strong and family-like team? Stringdahl Homes is now seeking a project manager who will play an important role in the journey from drawing to finished house. Here you will work closely with customers, craftspeople, subcontractors, and suppliers on projects where quality, design, and personal commitment are at the center. About the Role Over approximately 20 years, Stringdahl Homes has grown from Tomas Stringdahl's early designs for close friends and family to a highly sought-after business, where customers today are lining up to have their well-thought-out and exclusive homes designed. At Stringdahl Homes, with an office in Falkenberg, you'll find Tomas, who has a background in industrial design. He is responsible for the architecture, design, and the heart of the projects. You'll also find Calle, who is CEO/co-owner and leads most of the projects today. As the business is rapidly growing, we are now looking for you to become an important part of the team and lead the projects all the way to completion. You will be a natural link between Tomas, the customer, suppliers, craftspeople, and the subcontractors involved in the projects. You plan and coordinate, follow up and maintain dialogue throughout. One moment you might discuss a detail solution with a joiner, the next you could be sitting with a customer talking about how their vision will become reality. Your work will broadly consist of: Planning and driving projects—from the first drawing to the finished house. Coordinating craftspeople, suppliers, and subcontractors through all phases of the project. Following up on schedule, budget, and quality and ensuring the project stays on track. Handling issues and solving problems when circumstances change along the way. Maintaining close dialogue with the customer and translating their vision into a feasible project. The role involves a lot of personal responsibility, but also many close collaborations. Here people help each other, make decisions together, and there's easy access to both ideas and laughter. The family-like and personal approach is an important part of Stringdahl's way of working. Who Are You? We believe that you with experience from the construction industry—for example as a carpenter, site supervisor, or project manager—could be right for the job. Perhaps you started as a craftsperson and then took the step toward leading projects and people, with everything that entails. What matters most is not the exact title you've held, but who you are and how you approach your work. You should have qualities such as being social, confident, and trustworthy. Communication is essential, and the role requires you to constantly keep people informed about how projects are progressing. You need to have structure and be able to juggle multiple tasks. You need to enjoy taking responsibility, finding solutions, and getting both people and projects to pull in the same direction. If you have a genuine interest in design, architecture, materials, and craftsmanship, that's a big plus. You don't need to be an architect—but you should appreciate the difference that well-thought-out details can make. What We Offer At Stringdahl Homes, you'll get a very varied and independent role in a business where you really get to have a say. You become part of a small, family-like team where Tomas and Calle are close at hand and it's easy to brainstorm ideas, make decisions, and solve problems together. Above all, you'll have the opportunity to work with something very unique and special—to realize houses with customers and skilled craftspeople that have often been a dream for a long time. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. A company car is included in the position.
