Falk Construction Management is now seeking a project manager who wants to work on societally important projects within healthcare, education, and public environments, among others.
About the Role
As a project manager at Falk Construction Management, you are responsible for driving construction projects through the entire project lifecycle. You serve as the client's representative and hold together the project organization with a focus on quality, economics, and schedule.
Your responsibilities include:
Drive construction projects from preliminary studies to completion
Conduct preliminary studies and investigations
Take responsibility for design and coordination
Procure contractors and consultants
Manage and follow up on projects regarding time, cost, and quality
Coordinate the project organization and ensure project progress
Work is largely conducted on-site at the client's location, and the role is characterized by a high degree of independence, engagement, and flexibility.

Have a degree as a civil engineer, engineering graduate, construction engineer, or equivalent vocational education
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Have at least 3 years of experience in project management within construction or real estate
Have experience independently driving projects from start to finish
Are experienced working closely with clients and representing the client side
Merits
Have experience with projects in hospital or laboratory environments
Have worked in smaller organizations where personal responsibility is a natural part of daily operations
