Project Manager in Construction & Real Estate For someone who thrives with autonomy, responsibility, and quick decision-making Do you want to work closely with clients, drive your own projects, and be part of the journey in a growing, smaller project management firm? On behalf of our client, Resursverket is now recruiting a self-directed project manager specializing in tenant improvements & ROT work. The company currently consists of a small, experienced team with extensive knowledge in project management and real estate. The business is in a growth phase with a good flow of projects and is now seeking another person who wants to grow and develop together with the company. Here you won't find a large organization with lengthy decision-making processes. Instead, you'll have great freedom, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to make an impact. About the Role As a project manager, you'll work on the client side managing tenant improvements in projects of approximately 100–4,000 m². Assignments vary in both size and complexity. You are responsible for driving projects forward and being a trusted contact for both clients and other stakeholders. Your work includes, among other things: Project management of tenant improvements from the client side Planning, coordination, and follow-up Management and coordination of contractors and trade professionals Schedules, budgets, and ongoing project administration Handling and coordinating technical matters Liason with clients, tenants, contractors, and other project stakeholders Identifying problems and risks before they become real issues Prioritizing effectively when multiple matters are underway simultaneously You will be close to the projects, working from various office and project locations depending on the assignment. You are self-directed, structured, and comfortable making your own decisions. At the same time, you're unpretentious and understand that good project management isn't about coming in and telling everyone else how to do their job. You have an understanding of the different trades' roles in a construction project and can build strong relationships with both clients and contractors. Experience You have previous experience in project management within construction or real estate. Experience from the contractor side is a merit and can give you a good understanding of production as you now work from the client side.
