About the Role
Drive a comprehensive project for control and communication solutions within BESS.
Coordinate technology, suppliers, grid connection, and operations stakeholders.
Ensure the solution meets technical, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
Own project management, risk management, change management, and reporting.
What You'll Do
Lead the work from requirements definition and design through testing, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate interfaces between BMS, PCS/inverters, EMS, PPC, grid operators, and flexibility platforms.
Drive requirements breakdown, traceability, acceptance criteria, and technical decision forums.
Plan and track FAT, SAT, integrated testing, grid connection testing, and performance verification.
Ensure documentation, training materials, configurations, and operational handover.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience leading complex projects within power systems, automation, or control systems.
Experience with requirements management, verification, validation, acceptance, and technical interfaces.
Practical knowledge of grid-connected battery storage, energy management, power converters, and grid support functions.
Experience collaborating with grid operators, electricity market participants, or flexibility service providers.
Ability to handle matters related to availability, response times, operating limits, cybersecurity, and backup functions.
Technology & Tools
BESS, BMS, and PCS/inverters.
EMS and PPC for power control, charging status, and frequency response.
Industrial networks, VLAN, routing, redundancy, and time synchronization.
Firewalls, secure remote access, and cybersecurity.
