Do you like planning, analyzing, and understanding complex relationships between processes and products? The Process and Product Development section currently consists of 14 engineers, project managers, and technicians and is part of the Processing Technology department, which has around 100 employees. The department manages a broad mix of assignments focused on research and development, while also providing advanced technical support across the entire value chain. In the Processing Technology department, we work with today's and tomorrow's products and processes from a broad, cross-functional perspective. As a Project Manager, Research/Development, you'll have a central role in driving development activities and projects that strengthen our products' competitiveness and long-term value. You will, among other things: Develop, drive, and implement development activities related to future products Lead technical development and research projects with many stakeholders Plan, follow up, and manage project risks through a structured approach Coordinate work between clients, resource owners, production, and other parts of LKAB The role offers many contact points and good opportunities to develop further within project management and business-related development work. Requirements Academic degree at bachelor's or master's level in a relevant field Experience leading technical development projects Experience with project planning, follow-up, and risk management Technical understanding within the relevant area of operations Driver's license class B Meritorious Experience from the mining and minerals industry Knowledge of pelletizing Experience from lab and pilot scale We warmly welcome your application!
