We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive our projects forward. In this role, you are responsible for your projects and for leading and developing your project organization to achieve the best possible results. About the Role As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering large projects in the range of 10 MSEK up to 1,000 MSEK. You work with turnkey contracts that include site work, construction, procurement, design, assembly, and commissioning, with responsibility for driving the project to completion on time and with high quality. To assist you, you have subproject managers, site managers, technicians in the field, and internal support functions. Organizationally, you belong to our business area "Stations Projects North." Your main areas of responsibility include: Planning and implementation of the project Leadership and management of the project team Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and management of closure and financial follow-up Informing and reporting on project status to the client Participating in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer Risk management Reporting and documentation of project progress Procurement and contracting of suppliers and materials The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Travel is a natural part of the work. Those working on larger projects travel longer distances where overnight stays occur. Requirements To be successful in this role, you have the ability to build strong collaborations and set direction. You are proactive, action-oriented, solve problems, and handle unexpected situations. You are a confident and clear leader who creates engagement through participation, and you have the ability to structure work to reach both intermediate goals and overarching objectives. Finally, you are business-minded with good entrepreneurial spirit, but would never let profitability come before safety. We know you will develop together with us.
