The administration's work is characterized by collaboration, holistic thinking, and efficient resource utilization. Through good planning, the administration contributes to an attractive living environment that is sustainable in the long term from ecological, social, and economic perspectives.
The Community Development Administration consists of the following operational areas: Physical Planning, Water, Sewage and Waste, Streets, Parks and Forests, and Properties, Environment and Construction. The Projects and Investment Unit drives and coordinates the administration's new and reinvestments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, you are involved throughout the entire construction process and are responsible for ongoing monitoring of schedule, budget, work environment, and more in projects, from pre-study, design through commissioning, handover, and warranty period.
You will work closely with departments within the Community Development Administration, but also with other administrations and municipal companies. You will also provide support to both the management organization and other project managers within your area of expertise.
You will, for example, be a requirements setter and purchaser of consultant and contractor services, representative and contact person for Boden Municipality towards authorities and other stakeholders, as well as internal contact person.
As a project manager, it is you who drives the project forward; you have strong ability to organize, communicate, and lead the project's members.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a person, you are driven, structured, and unpretentious. You enjoy developing people, have the ability to see the big picture, and have strategic thinking in development matters. You are confident and enjoy contributing both professionally and socially in the team. We place great importance on your personality and collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who:
- is educated as an engineer from university or has secondary education and many years of experience from the construction industry and leading work within contracting or consulting operations
- has experience working in projects
- has a driver's license category B
