PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager, you will drive contract projects from contract signing to final inspection with full responsibility for quality, schedule, and budget. You lead projects in close collaboration with customers, consultants, installers, and subcontractors, and are responsible for project monitoring, change orders, procurement, and customer relations. The role encompasses both larger and smaller installation projects within cooling systems.
You have no problem presenting excellent results from your current and previous positions. It is likely that you have worked in the construction, installation, or HVAC industry and are accustomed to managing your projects in a structured, business-like manner with good profitability. You have consistently created satisfied customers and team members who genuinely contribute and thrive in your team.
Experience in cooling is a merit but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have good knowledge of contract law such as AB, ABT, and AMA. We expect you to have a valid driver's license and be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
