The recruitment process is handled by Montico. About the Position We are seeking a structural engineer for our client ÄC-konsult. The role suits you if you want to work in a small and lean organization where you have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. The projects primarily involve concrete buildings with high safety requirements, and the position entails a broad role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with other functions. The position is full-time during daytime hours and begins with a six-month probationary period before transitioning to a permanent employment contract. The placement location is Eskilstuna, with the possibility of some remote work once you've become comfortable in the role. Job Description In this role, you are responsible for project management during the design phase, coordinating the different parts of the project and ensuring that all involved parties deliver according to plan. You work on developing structural drawings in Tekla and also use AutoCAD and Office suite as a natural part of your work. You gather the project's requirements, create a comprehensive picture of the needs, and follow up to ensure that the right activities are carried out, such as material orders and other practical tasks related to project development. Since the organization is small, it is also important that you are comfortable working unpretentiously and can contribute where needed, even outside your core competence. We Are Looking For We are looking for you who are a structural engineer or have equivalent experience (for example, a task-leading prefab constructor or project manager within construction) and have worked at least five years in a similar role. You thrive in a smaller company where the work tasks vary and where your flexibility and unpretentiousness become important assets. For this position, you must have experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, and Office suite. It is also a requirement that you are a Swedish citizen, have no criminal record, and are able to pass a security clearance as the projects are subject to high security requirements. You speak Swedish fluently and it is also helpful if you understand English. A driver's license is a requirement, and you should appreciate working both systematically and practically close to the operations.
