About the Job We're looking for someone early in their career who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. In this role, your focus will be on supporting the CEO with daily operations and assisting with administration, project coordination, and customer relations. You'll have room for creative work as well as social interaction with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. Start date by agreement. Responsibilities The tasks for this position vary constantly and are perfect for someone who enjoys trying new things. You'll handle everything from creating social media posts, updating the website, contacting new and existing customers, assisting in customer meetings, and creating relevant templates and documents. Your responsibilities include: Calendar administration and meeting coordination General office administration Support for internal and external projects Create simple drawings and compile materials Conduct customer meetings Meeting preparation and creation of presentation materials Maintain existing customer relationships Responsibility for purchasing and supplier relations Create content for social media Email communications We're Looking for Someone Who… Has solid experience with Microsoft Office Has solid experience with Google Workspace Is organized and structured Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing As a person, you are driven, self-directed, and humble in your work. We'd also like to see that you're social and skilled at nurturing and developing customer relationships. You enjoy when things happen and appreciate a varied workday. About the Company Toppreno is an established construction and renovation company based in Täby. With over 15 years of experience, we have strong expertise in multiple construction areas and are therefore classified as a full-service contractor. We serve private individuals, housing associations, and businesses, helping them fulfill their needs.
