About the Position As a Project Procurement Manager at Siemens Energy in Finspång, you will play a central role in procurement activities for our sales and delivery projects. In this role, you will work project-oriented and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving procurement activities from the project's requirements and needs through completed purchases and secured deliveries. You will analyze both technical and commercial conditions, develop procurement strategies, and maintain close dialogue with the project organization and suppliers. This role involves many contact points and close collaboration with different parts of the organization. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to help develop working methods and drive improvements within the procurement organization. Your main responsibilities in this role will include: Coordinate and lead procurement activities in sales and delivery projects Analyze technical and commercial conditions and develop procurement strategies for projects Ensure that project-specific requirements and conditions are considered in supplier negotiations Ensure that purchases are completed at agreed prices and within agreed lead times Plan and follow up on procurement activities to ensure material availability based on project needs Monitor procurement costs and ensure that projects stay within budget Drive and follow up on activities that contribute to cost savings and increased value in projects Be an active participant in developing the procurement organization's working methods and contribute to continuous improvements The position of Project Procurement Manager is a full-time consulting assignment with a planned start in early September 2026 and will run for one year. About You We are looking for someone with experience driving and coordinating work in projects. You are comfortable taking responsibility, moving activities forward, and creating structure even when conditions change.
