About the Role As a project procurement specialist, you will become an important part of the procurement organization and will be responsible for your own supplier base. You will serve as a central link between internal stakeholders and suppliers around the world to ensure efficient procurement processes and deliveries according to the company's needs. The role offers great variety where you work both strategically and operatively. You will handle purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, build long-term supplier relationships, and contribute to developing the company's procurement and delivery processes. Scope: Full-time Assignment Length: Consulting assignment for 12 months with the possibility of extension Start: By agreement Responsibilities In this role you will, among other things: Negotiate and administer project-specific purchase orders Ensure that procurement is carried out according to the company's policies and guidelines Build and develop relationships with suppliers Follow up on supplier performance and ensure delivery accuracy Handle and communicate regarding delivery deviations and other procurement-related challenges Work closely with project teams and other internal stakeholders Identify and drive improvement initiatives within procurement and the supply chain Contribute to the company's digitalization efforts and continued development We are Looking for You To succeed in this role, we believe you are a communicative and relationship-building person who thrives working in an international and changing environment.
