As part of this continued development, Nobeli is now seeking a project manager for the security operations, with a central role in leading the team and building the project operations. For Charlie Häll Lundstedt, product and production manager for security at Nobeli, this recruitment is an important piece of the puzzle as the operations take the next step. – We see several opportunities ahead. This role will be very important in that work, says Charlie. A central role in the project organization The project organization currently consists of approximately ten employees responsible for various projects and assignments. At the same time, there is close collaboration within the team, where people continuously align, share experiences, and help each other when needed. There is a clear team spirit and a natural willingness to contribute beyond one's own project. As project manager, you will have personnel responsibility for the team and become part of the security operations' management group. The assignment spans leadership, delivery, and project processes. An important part of the role is to monitor project finances and status, oversee the overall portfolio, and ensure that resources and priorities align. The role also involves many stakeholder contacts and close collaboration with both customers and other parts of the business. – We have a lot of expertise in the team. The project manager's task won't be to have all the answers, but to put the whole picture together. You need to understand what's happening in the projects, see where support is needed, and bring the team along with you. Help build the project organization What makes this role special is that much can still be influenced. As needs change, processes and ways of working need to evolve, and here the project manager has a clear mandate to shape how the department will function long-term. The ambition is also to be able to conduct project management in multiple geographic locations. This means the role could eventually have broader responsibility and the project manager will need to be able to lead even when not everyone is in the same place. At the same time, there is significant expertise to draw upon. The project manager doesn't need to be a specialist in every technical area, but needs to understand the bigger picture and know when other expertise should be brought in. The role requires sufficiently broad understanding of project and contract operations to be able to engage with various issues, support the team, and when necessary, participate in discussions about the projects. This is first and foremost a leadership role, where the task is to unite the team, create direction, and move the work forward. – We're looking for someone who enjoys coming in when everything isn't already built, who wants to develop the team and establish structures together with us. Examples of work tasks: Lead and develop the team of project managers and project coordinators. Manage the project portfolio and monitor delivery, finances, and status. Plan and prioritize resources across different projects. Develop working methods, processes, and structures for project operations. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and other parts of Nobeli. Contribute to the security operations' management group and continued development of the business. Are you the person we're looking for? To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience with personnel responsibility and leading and developing employees. Several years of experience in project management and/or a leadership role in, for example, project, contract, or manufacturing operations. Good understanding of project governance, monitoring, and finance. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience from the security industry is meriting, but not required. Experience from, for example, contract operations or other project-intensive environments can be equally relevant. As a person, you are a confident and attentive leader who brings people along. You are humble about others' expertise and enjoy solving things together with the team, while at the same time being comfortable making decisions and creating clarity when needed. You thrive in an operation where the pace is high, not all structures are yet in place, and where you yourself get to help shape how the work will function. Above all, you have energy, drive, and a desire to develop both people and the business.
