Read more: www.bengtssons.se www.greenlandscaping.com About the Role As a Project Manager specializing in fine grading and earthworks, you will have the opportunity to work independently and lead your projects from the bidding phase through planning to completion. Your focus will be on fine grading projects (stonework, gravel paths, plantings, playgrounds, etc.), ranging from large comprehensive contracts to smaller garden installations. This includes responsibility for bidding, procurement, and coordination of execution, while building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and employees. You will be part of an experienced and skilled team with freedom within responsibility and the opportunity to identify your own business opportunities. The role is both hands-on and administrative, requiring you to be on-site to ensure project quality and progress, while also planning material deliveries and staffing, and maintaining ongoing contact with clients and subcontractors. You report to the CEO and are part of the company's management team. Your responsibilities include: - Lead and plan fine grading and landscaping projects - Coordinate personnel, equipment, and material deliveries - Manage bidding, procurement, and financial aspects of fine grading projects - Collaborate with and coordinate skilled workers, suppliers, and subcontractors - Participate in construction meetings, manage project documentation, attend inspections, and prepare billing materials - Contribute to the management team's strategic work and business development About You We are looking for someone with practical experience from the landscaping industry, preferably in fine grading and exterior environments. You want to be involved in developing projects from bidding through to execution and handover. You are comfortable taking on a leadership role with operational or strategic responsibility and thrive in an environment where you can have influence. You are positive, driven, engaged, with strong leadership and collaboration skills. Good organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are central to your profile.
