Learn more: www.bengtssons.se www.greenlandscaping.com About the Role As a Project Manager specializing in fine grading and site development, you will work independently, managing and leading your projects from the bidding phase through planning to completion. Your focus will be on fine grading contracts (stonework, gravel paths, plantings, playgrounds, etc.), with projects ranging from large turnkey contracts to smaller garden installations. This involves responsibility for bid preparation, procurement, and coordinating execution, while developing relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members. You will be part of an experienced and skilled team where you have freedom with responsibility and can identify your own business opportunities. The role is both hands-on and administrative—you will frequently be on-site to ensure project quality and progress, plan material deliveries and staffing, and maintain ongoing communication with clients and subcontractors. You report to the CEO and are part of the company's management team. Your responsibilities include: - Lead and plan fine grading and site development projects - Coordinate personnel, equipment resources, and material deliveries - Manage bid preparation, procurement, and financial aspects of fine grading contracts - Collaborate with and coordinate tradespeople, suppliers, and subcontractors - Participate in construction meetings, handle project documentation, assist with inspections, and prepare billing documentation - Contribute to the management team's strategic work and business development About You We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, engaged, with strong leadership qualities and collaborative skills. You have well-developed expertise in fine grading and site contracting. Good organization and communication skills are essential. You have good PC proficiency including the Microsoft Office package. A Class B driver's license is required. We seek someone with practical experience from the construction industry, preferably in fine grading and landscaping. You want to be involved in developing the business from the bidding phase and lead implementation through handover.
