Job Responsibilities: - Design and planning of civil structures; 3D modeling, visualization - Creation of project documentation at all stages - Collaboration with other team members - Meeting individual customer requirements in civil construction - Communication with authorities, government agencies, investors Requirements: - Secondary or higher education with construction focus (minimum 5 years of experience) - Technical mindset, knowledge of the construction environment is essential - Communication skills - Responsibility, independence, organizational skills, teamwork - Excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office - Knowledge of AUTOCAD, ARCHICAD, SKETCHUP, or similar software - Category B driver's license - Professional certification is a plus! Start date by agreement.
