The main activity is the preparation of building energy efficiency projects in subsidy programs. What awaits you? - Building inspections and measurements (residential, apartment buildings and other structures) - Preparation of documentation for energy specialists - e.g. calculation of building measurements - Basic CAD drawing, building passport documentation level - Administration of support applications, e.g. New Green Savings What skills would be helpful? - Technical proficiency in building materials, mathematics and geometry. - User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Basic knowledge of ArchiCad or AutoCAD. - Good communication skills, attention to detail and responsibility. - Ability to work in a team, but also with independent judgment. - Group B driver's license.
