Clean engineering, no bureaucracy You're an experienced designer who loves construction work, but administrative chaos exhausts you? Let's do it differently. We're looking for a designer with experience for our team in Brno and Rosice u Brna. We offer an environment where we don't put out fires, but plan carefully. Where we use teamwork, BIM and AI, and where you have real space to create, not fill out spreadsheets. Why will you enjoy this work? Pure construction work, teamwork. You get a clear head for your projects. We don't like overtime. Flexibility to adjust working hours to your needs. We work in BIM, use 3D printing, virtual reality and AI. Great projects: You'll manage projects valued at 50–600 mil. Kč (hospitals, schools, administrative buildings, complexes). Archicad or Revit is an advantage. What will your tasks be? Join our design team and oversee technical solutions. Work on all phases – from concept through execution documentation and author's supervision. Project management with an emphasis on quality, not 'paperwork'. What do we offer? Freedom and flexibility: HPP, full or part-time position. Openness to remote work parents.
