Requirements: - High school diploma in construction / Bachelor's or Master's degree - Diligence, independence, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn new things - Knowledge of ArchiCAD (knowledge of 3D design is a plus) - Knowledge of KROS software for budget creation is an advantage (not a requirement) - Familiarity with passive standard construction is an advantage (not a requirement). Job responsibilities: - Preparation of design documentation for building permits and construction implementation - Design and resolution of building details - collaboration with architects and other disciplines. Start date available immediately or by agreement.
