About the position
As a planning manager, you are the central hub for smart scheduling and managing bookings and cancellations. You work with route optimization to make every work shift as time-efficient as possible.
You will work in our business system LifeCare and our planning tool Intraphone, where planning and route optimization are managed. In addition to this, the telephone becomes an important work tool both for handling cancellations and rebookings as well as maintaining contact with technicians out on the road.

About our offer:
The position of planning manager is a project employment. You will be part of the project organization and become an important part of our team. The project is expected to start 2026-11-01 and run until 2027-04-30 with possible extension of 1 month.
You work Monday-Friday where planning, optimization, customer contact and welfare technology are your main tasks. You will become part of an operation in transition with a focus on competence and security.
As part of our benefits, we offer wellness allowance of up to 5,000 kr per year for full-time employees, via Epassi. For those working part-time, the amount is adjusted proportionally according to your employment level.
About you
For this position, you need:
Documented experience with planning work in a complex operation
Good computer skills
Good technical knowledge
Experience with the planning tool Intraphone
Experience with documentation
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you also have:
Experience working in customer service or customer support
Experience from an operation with employees working out on the road
Experience from similar projects
Knowledge of Norrtälje kommun geography
