announces a competition for the position of
TERRITORIAL DEFENSE SYSTEM MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation and development of the Territorial Defense support system, ensuring the creation of a unified, effective, and sustainable support system, attracting supporters, coordinating cooperation, and developing engagement opportunities.
Work Location: Riga, Maiznīcas iela 5 (on-site work)
Requirements for Applicants:
• Preferred: First-cycle higher education in project management, administration, communications, social sciences, or a related field;
• Preferred: At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, cooperation coordination, or organizational development;
• English language proficiency at least B2 level (reading, writing, speaking).
Position requires obtaining a special authorization for access to state secrets (Law "On State Secrets" Part 2 and Part 3 of Section 9).
We Offer:
• Monthly salary from 1986 to 2174 euro (before tax);
• Health insurance, additional leave, vacation benefits, and other social guarantees in accordance with state administration provisions.
