We will entrust you with:
monitoring the technical condition of real estate infrastructure in the agency's accounting records, planning and carrying out work necessary to improve infrastructure;
collecting information about necessary repair work identified as a result of real estate inspections. Drafting repair work plans, calculating approximate costs of services and construction work necessary for construction provision, conducting price inquiries and their evaluation;
ensuring timely progress of the construction process by drafting technical specifications and other technical documentation for procurement processes;
participating in the development of infrastructure development plans;
preparing draft information reports, technical specifications, contracts, opinions, correspondence and other documents;
within the scope of your competence, managing infrastructure development projects, representing the agency in construction processes, coordinating and ensuring the development of design tasks and construction technical tasks.
Our requirements:
higher education or second-level professional higher education in engineering sciences (preferably construction or real estate management) or legal sciences. Additional education in the construction field, confirmed by certificates, is desirable;
desirable experience in real estate management, construction project management and knowledge of public procurement;
additional education in the construction field, confirmed by certificates, will be considered an advantage;
good knowledge of regulatory acts regulating real estate management and construction;
good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic work environment;
ability to work with a computer (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, e-mail);
Latvian language knowledge at C1 level;
