About the Assignment As a Project Controller, you will work with administrative and financial matters across various projects. In close collaboration with project managers and executives, you will monitor finances, quality assure documentation and reporting, and contribute with analyses that strengthen the decision-making foundation for projects. You will coordinate financial information between project managers, executives, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant parties have the proper documentation for follow-up and decision-making. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Handle administration related to project activities Monitor project budgets and financial outcomes Ensure quality in financial documentation and reporting Support project managers and executives in financial matters Contribute analyses and constructively challenge budget assumptions Coordinate information between different functions and stakeholders Your Profile To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience working with finances in project-oriented organizations, for example as a Project Controller, Controller, or in accounting. You are comfortable with financial follow-up and in dialogue with project managers and executives. As a person, you work in a structured manner, analyze financial documentation carefully, and collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders. Work Location: Linköping, with the opportunity to work from the office at least 3 days/week Assignment Duration: 12-18 months with possibility of extension.
