Project Manager

Work location: Raná We are looking for an experienced and highly organized professional to join our team as a Project Manager who will oversee projects from initiation through final completion. We are a company specializing in custom-made, non-standard furniture and are seeking someone who can coordinate processes, manage timelines, and successfully deliver projects to completion. Your responsibilities will include: • Complete project management from brief to client handover • Coordination between sales, design, production, and installation teams • Schedule planning and monitoring of deadline compliance • Communication with customers, architects, suppliers, and internal team members • Budget control, cost management, and handling of change requests during execution • Quality oversight and monitoring of installation progress • Operational problem-solving and project risk management • Reporting to company management What we expect from you: • Experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or construction/interior design • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities • Technical thinking and familiarity with technical drawings (advantageous) • Independence, responsibility, and results-driven approach • User-level proficiency in MS Office • Class B driver's license (advantageous) What we offer: • Interesting work on unique custom-made projects and interiors • Stable foundation of a growing company • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance • Company phone and additional work equipment • Room for independence and implementation of your own ideas • Friendly team and fair treatment • Start date flexible Lack of experience is not a barrier to us—we value the desire to work hard.
