Are you ready to take responsibility for implementation, improvement, and execution projects? With us, you won't just be monitoring spreadsheets—you'll be a driver of change. Your responsibilities will include: • Project Management - from initial brief, analysis, team assembly and scheduling, through evaluation and final delivery • Implementation - introducing new LEAN Six Sigma tools, processes, or technologies • Optimization - analyzing current state, proposing more efficient processes that save time and costs • Execution - coordinating individual tasks and assigned topics • Communication - serving as a liaison between management and end users What we expect from you: • Secondary education with diploma • Experience managing projects (ideally in implementation or process change areas) • Analytical thinking - ability to see connections, experience with data • Communication skills - negotiation abilities, conflict resolution • Organizational talent - attention to detail, but not losing sight of priorities • Proactivity - you don't wait for instructions, you look for ways to do things better and more efficiently If this role interests you and you feel you have the right mix of courage and organization, send us your resume and briefly describe what was your biggest project challenge so far and how you overcame it.
