CNC PROGRAMMER (M/F) We are a traditional South Bohemian engineering company MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s. We uphold honest craftsmanship alongside modern technology, and we're looking for a colleague with analytical thinking and an eye for detail. If you enjoy translating 3D models into reality, programming state-of-the-art CNC machines, and seeing how complex forms and fixtures take shape under your hands, we're looking for you. What the job will involve - Creation and optimization of CNC programs – preparation of programs for precise machining of molds and fixtures. - Technological preparation and testing – developing technological procedures and subsequent debugging of programs directly on CNC machines. - Close collaboration with design engineers – shared involvement in the development of new molds from initial concept to implementation. - Quality control and deviation management – overseeing 100% quality of machined parts and operationally resolving technical details. What we expect from you - Secondary or higher education in mechanical engineering or automation. - CNC programming for mold or fixture production – minimum 1 to 2 years of experience - Knowledge of Heidenhein, Fanuc, or Siemens systems with a focus on molds - CAD/CAM work – knowledge of software for creating 3D models and technical drawings (ideally WrokNC or Siemens NX) - Analytical thinking, maximum attention to detail, and knowledge of safety standards. - Knowledge of aluminum and zinc pressure casting technologies and experience with 3D process simulations – a plus.
