Your Responsibilities
As a program and project planner, you will work closely with the operations team and be part of a project group where you support the project manager throughout the project lifecycle. The focus is on planning, risk identification and risk coordination, as well as execution and delivery of project activities. You will work in parallel on multiple projects within the organization, primarily development projects.
You are expected to actively contribute to the projects by, for example, leading workshops, taking responsibility for project components, documentation and follow-up, and ensuring that activities are driven forward according to plan. The role also involves close collaboration with the project manager in coordinating and conducting planning activities.
The main responsibilities include working together with project and program managers, which includes:
Driving planning activities and independently leading planning workshops, planning meetings, etc. in projects and programs
Resource and capacity planning
Driving risk and opportunity management by organizing risk workshops with stakeholders to identify potential risks, assess them, identify mitigation measures and follow up on these
Assisting program and project managers in preparing presentations and decision materials for project meetings, steering committees, etc.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a structured approach to work, who is responsible and has good communication skills. You work well with others, are flexible in your approach and drive tasks forward.
We would also like you to have:
An educational background in a relevant field, preferably in Industrial Engineering
Experience in project planning/project management
Good system skills in project management tools or planning tools, preferably Antura.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance requirements. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, this may in some cases require specific citizenship.
