Drive financial governance in vehicle programs and provide decision support that strengthens investments, profitability, and cost development. As a Program Controller, you will become an important partner to program management and operations in an international vehicle environment. About the role Manage financial monitoring of vehicle programs through key milestones. Work with investments, vehicle profitability, and cost management throughout the product lifecycle. Be a financial partner to program management and cross-functional teams. Combine program controlling with controlling linked to manufacturing operations. What you will do Monitor the financial development of programs against targets and milestones. Develop, quality assure, and communicate materials for investments, costs, and profitability. Analyze deviations, cost drivers, and business implications. Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes. Drive business cases, cost improvements, and monitoring of cost reduction initiatives. What we are looking for Several years of experience in financial controlling or financial analysis. Experience with target setting, monitoring, and financial management. Good understanding of cost and revenue drivers in the automotive industry or manufacturing operations. Ability to transform complex financial information into clear decision support. Experience coordinating materials from multiple internal stakeholders. Technology & Tools Excel for advanced data handling and analysis. CAPEX and investment monitoring. Business cases and profitability analyses. BOM and product cost analysis.
