About the role:
As a consultant with us at Prokon, you work to develop and streamline manufacturing and logistics processes for our customers. You collaborate closely with production managers, quality managers, planners, and operators in both maintenance and production.
Your efforts contribute directly to sustainable and competitive production.
Assignments vary in length and content depending on customer needs. You will work partially remotely, but typically you will be on-site with the customer – which may involve travel within the region or to other locations.
The position is based in the Lycksele / Vindeln area, and we are looking for you who live or are willing to work in this part of Norrland.
We are looking for you who have:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent competence
· Experience with production engineering and project management in manufacturing industry
· Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
Meritorious competence:
· Time studies (e.g., SAM, AVIX, PROKON)
· Technical preparation of new products
· CAD design in 2D/3D
· Business systems such as Movex, Monitor, or SAP
· Practical experience with assembly, welding, and/or painting
