We are now looking for an experienced and driven Production Technician who wants to take a key role in developing our manufacturing processes and help create an even more efficient, sustainable, and competitive production. About the Role As a Production Technician at KABE, you will have a central role in our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production, factory managers, engineering, quality, and other support functions to develop processes, working methods, and production flows. The role involves significant responsibility and provides the opportunity to influence both daily operations and the company's long-term development. You will be an important driver in improvement and change initiatives and serve as a natural support to management on production technical matters. Key Responsibilities Your role will include: · Driving and implementing production technical improvement projects. · Developing and optimizing production processes, methods, and working practices. · Working with line balancing, capacity analysis, and flow optimization. · Conducting work and method studies to improve productivity and ergonomics. · Responsible for preparing and developing production documentation. · Participating in development projects and ensuring effective industrialization of new products. · Working on layout changes and development of the production environment. · Conducting risk assessments related to work environment, safety, and chemical handling. · Being a key link between development, production, and other functions. · Supporting the organization in Lean initiatives and structured improvement work. Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in production technical work within manufacturing industry and who enjoys combining hands-on presence in production with strategic development work. You likely have: · Higher education in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, production technology, or equivalent experience. · Several years of experience in production technology and operational development. · Good understanding of manufacturing processes, material flows, and production control. · Experience with Lean Production and structured improvement work. · Experience in project management and change management. · Good knowledge of Office applications. · Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English. Meritorious: · Experience from the automotive industry or other advanced manufacturing. · Knowledge of line production and industrialization. · Experience with AutoCAD, Creo, M3 Infor, and Avix. · Experience with investments, layout projects, and production development.
