Do you want to develop production, processes, and work methods in some of the region's exciting industrial companies?
Sigma Industry Recruit is now seeking several production technicians, process engineers, and production developers with experience from manufacturing industry. We are looking for both those who have a few years of experience and want to take the next step, and those who are senior in the field.
About the Role
Depending on your experience and which company we match you with, the role may include work with, for example:
Development and optimization of production and manufacturing processes
Production planning and industrialization
Lean, continuous improvements, and efficiency
Quality, capacity, and root cause analyses
Investments and implementation of new machinery, equipment, and processes
Production flows, layouts, and work methods
Technical projects and cross-functional work between production, quality, and engineering
For those with longer experience, there may also be an opportunity to lead larger improvement and industrialization projects or work in a more specialized role.
Who are we looking for?
We are primarily looking for you who have experience from manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production and industrial processes. You likely have a technical education in, for example, production engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent, or have built up relevant skills through your career.
You may currently work as, for example, a production technician, process engineer, manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer, production developer, or planner.
As a person, you enjoy understanding why things work the way they do – and most importantly, how they can be made better. You thrive close to production, are solution-oriented, and appreciate collaborating with both operators, technicians, and other engineers.
