About the Position
As a production technician, you will work closely with production and support the operation in daily improvement work. You will primarily assist the production technician already on site and help develop and streamline production processes.
An important part of the role is to work on improving and clarifying work methods and documentation, as well as conduct and develop risk assessments and analyses. You will also identify improvement opportunities and help put these into practice.
The position is located in Mellerud and is a full-time temporary employment with immediate start. Work is scheduled on a 2-shift basis.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role in production technology or manufacturing industry. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented way with improvement initiatives.
As a person, you are analytical, thorough, and proactive. You find it easy to understand processes and identify areas where work methods can be improved and clarified. You enjoy working both independently and with others and have good communication skills.
You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a driver's license and access to a car.
