Your Responsibilities
As a production technician in welding, you will identify risks and develop tools for manufacturing products. You adapt production technical documentation to turn our customers' requests into reality. You help production improve existing products and production processes by being a creative production technician in the welding field.
You'll have a varied role combining practical workshop work with technical problem-solving and preparation at the computer. You support and develop our welders while being part of production yourself.
Your Background / Your Qualities
We're looking for someone with welding expertise, from drawings to execution. You have welded yourself, supervised, trained others, and see no problem with welding yourself when needed.
We believe you are a clear and straightforward team player who can communicate complex matters in simple, understandable ways. You can develop new work methods independently or in a group and effectively communicate and implement them.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are ambitious, creative, communicative, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
You strive to continuously develop yourself and others. You are responsible and reliable in delivery and execution.
It is advantageous if you have experience with CAD and production planning.
A driver's license is a requirement.
