About the role
As a Production Technician you will be an important link between production, service and technology. You work both operatively and strategically to ensure quality, efficiency and technical development within the operation.
You will, among other things:
Drive improvement work within production and service flows
Take responsibility for troubleshooting and technical support related to refrigeration and heat pump systems
Support customers and field personnel on technical matters
Contribute to the development of test equipment, test methods and working procedures
Develop assembly, inspection and work instructions
Participate in product development projects as a representative of production
Handle deviations and technical investigations
Evaluate and procure tools, fixtures and aids for production

We are looking for you who
Have a technical background and experience in refrigeration and heat pump technology and enjoy a role where you get to combine problem-solving and technology. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are a confident and unpretentious person who likes to take responsibility and drive matters forward. You have a natural technical interest, are solution-oriented and enjoy combining practical work with development and improvements.
As a person you are organized, committed and work well with people at different levels in the organization. You are also pedagogical and enjoy supporting, guiding and sharing your knowledge with colleagues and customers. We also believe you have a desire to develop together with the operation and see opportunities where others see obstacles.
We would like to see that you have:
Relevant technical education in refrigeration technology, production technology or equivalent
Practical experience with refrigeration and heat pump systems
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of technical systems
Good understanding of electrical, control and automation technology
Good system and IT skills
B-class driving license
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
It is meriting if you have experience of:
Work as a refrigeration technician
Certification for refrigerant handling
Technical customer support
LEAN and improvement work
Soldering
Work management or project management
