Production Technician

As our order volume increases, we're strengthening our team with an additional staff member. We're looking for another production technician to work with our film production and conversion operations. You'll work on continuous improvements in production and propose and participate in projects that we collectively decide on to increase our efficiency. You'll also be part of our team addressing daily disruptions that occur in our production. You need to be a "hands on" person who will collaborate with other technicians, warehouse staff, and production management to achieve our production goals. You thrive working both independently and with others, always with the ambition to meet established goals and deadlines. You are organized, driven, and analytical. It's important that you can work independently and have strong communication skills. You have good language skills in Swedish. We see that you meet these criteria: You master Swedish in speech and writing. You should be interested in technology and skilled at finding solutions to problems. You can drive decided projects, installations, and subsequently train operators. You are curious and enjoy learning new things. You enjoy working in a group. You should have a few years of experience in production within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the plastics industry.
