About the Role This is a new role for us, which means you'll have great opportunities to influence both the content of the position and how we work going forward. You'll be the one who holds together many of the pieces that make our projects run efficiently, profitably, and with high quality. You work proactively, spot opportunities before they become problems, and help the organization work smarter together. Your Main Responsibilities - Manage procurement and supplier contacts in both the budgeting and production phases - Coordinate material procurement across our projects to create better deals and more efficient purchasing - Work with production management to plan and allocate resources between ongoing projects - Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the right expertise is in the right place at the right time - Provide operational support to our site managers and foremen, follow up on schedules and budgets - Participate in budgeting and bidding work together with our estimators - Be involved in dialogues with clients, suppliers, and partners - Contribute to developing our working methods, routines, and production processes - Work closely with company management and be an important part of our continued development In short, you'll be one of the people who ensures the whole machine runs smoothly. Who Are You? You likely have experience from the land, construction, or building industry and understand how project-based work functions – from budgeting to finished production.
