Do you want to work in a central role where planning, problem-solving, and collaboration are in focus? We are now seeking a production planner who wants to help ensure efficient workflows and deliveries in an operation with high demands for quality and precision.
About the Role
We are seeking a production planner for a team of seven planners responsible for workshop planning within a maintenance operation. The operation includes maintenance of, among other things, mechanical and electromechanical systems for both civil and military customers.
As a production planner, you have a central role in ensuring efficient workflows and achieving set delivery targets. You work operationally with planning, prioritization, and follow-up and have close dialogue with, among others, production managers, procurement, technicians, and engineers. You handle deviations, work with recovery plans, and continuously follow up on delivery status.
An important part of the role is also to contribute to the operation's development. Together with the team, you identify opportunities to streamline processes and work methods and drive improvements that create value for the operation.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role where planning, structure, and problem-solving are central. You have an easy time gaining overview, managing data, and prioritizing when circumstances change. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable with many contact points, where collaboration and clear communication are important parts of everyday work.
As a person, you are structured and flexible and have a natural drive to find solutions and improve work methods. You thrive in a changing environment where today's plan may need to be adjusted based on new circumstances and where you have the opportunity to influence both daily work and the operation's development.
Key Requirements:
• Experience with planning, logistics, or similar.
• Good system skills and experience working with data and administrative systems.
• The position is classified as a security-sensitive role. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved according to current security protection regulations. This may require certain citizenship.
