We are now recruiting dedicated staff members for a staffing pool with one of our clients in Tingsryd. This position suits you if you want to work on an as-needed basis and have another primary occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, your own business, or another part-time job. About the Position As a pool staff member, you will be an important part of the operation and help cover absences due to illness, vacation, and other temporary needs. The work takes place primarily in production and can vary in both scope and duration. For the right person, there are also opportunities for longer continuous work periods when the operation has increased staffing needs. Working hours are mainly scheduled on a 2-shift basis, which means you need to be flexible and able to work both day and evening shifts. We are Looking for Someone Who Has another occupation of at least 50% (studies, part-time work, or your own business) Is flexible and can step in with short notice when needed Is responsible, thorough, and enjoys working in a team Has good work ethic and a positive attitude Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Previous experience in manufacturing or production work is an advantage but not required.
