Your Tasks
Siemens Energy is a global technology and energy company at the forefront of developing and manufacturing turbine components. At the production facility in Finspång, items such as blades and guide vanes for gas turbines are manufactured.
The current department works with post-processing and quality assurance of cast components from external casting suppliers. Through various process steps, including blasting, assembly, solder application, grading, and inspection, the components are refined for the next step in production.
As an operator in solder application, you will be an important part of the production process and work with technically advanced components where precision, accuracy, and quality are in focus. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy practical work, have an eye for detail, and appreciate working with clear quality requirements and instructions.
In this role, you will work with:
Solder application and assembly of components
Blasting, grading, and other post-processing
Inspection and visual assessment of details
Documentation and NCR reporting
Work in SAP, Office, and other digital systems
Following work instructions, drawings, and established processes
Ensuring that components meet applicable quality requirements
You will work closely with colleagues in production and other departments. The role involves significant personal responsibility for ensuring work is carried out carefully and in accordance with established processes and quality requirements.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Is thorough, quality-conscious, and has a good eye for detail
Enjoys practical work and can work independently and in a structured manner
Has technical interest and good computer skills
Has experience reading drawings – a merit
Has experience from industry or similar work – a merit
Has good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English
Has a forklift certification
