Production Worker for Wood Industry Needed!

We are now seeking workers for upcoming assignments with our clients in the wood industry in the Varberg area. Work tasks vary depending on the client and may include machine monitoring, assembly, processing of wood products, quality inspections, and material handling. Work may be scheduled during day shifts or two-shift rotations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment, has a good safety mindset, and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals. We are looking for you who: Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, or alternatively good knowledge of English Have good physical fitness and enjoy active work Are flexible and can adapt to different work tasks Are a team player who works well with others Have basic computer skills Work with good judgment and prioritize safety when using machinery, tools, and other equipment Contribute to a good work environment and positive collaboration in the workplace Focus on quality and productivity in your work Take responsibility for delivering according to established plans and goals Want to be involved in the company's development and improvement work within quality, environment, and working conditions Meritorious qualifications Knowledge of blueprint reading Good tool handling skills Forklifts certification B1-B4 Basic math skills Driver's license B and access to a car About the company Uniflex is one of Sweden's leading staffing and recruitment companies with over 20 years of experience matching the right competence with the right workplace.
