At Collor in Skellefteå, we work with blasting and powder coating everything from small details to really large and heavy products. We have flexible production with a fast pace and high quality standards – and now we need to strengthen our floor team. We're looking for someone who likes practical work and gets things done. You don't need previous experience in powder coating. What matters most to us is that you have the right attitude, take responsibility, and work well with others. What do you do on the job? At Collor, your days are varied and you work close to your colleagues throughout the production process. This can include: Hanging up and handling details before production Working with various blasting and powder coating processes Masking surfaces that shouldn't be coated Checking the quality of the finished result Packing and preparing products for delivery Keeping the workplace organized Helping out wherever needed to keep production running smoothly It's physical and practical work where you need to keep pace, be thorough, and maintain quality standards. Who do we think you are? Maybe you already have experience from industry, workshop, construction, warehouse, or production. But you could also come from a completely different background. What we're looking for is someone who: Enjoys practical work Takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done Is thorough and cares about quality Can work both independently and with others Has energy and likes when things happen Is reliable and does what you say you'll do Wants to learn and develop Experience from industry is a plus, but the right person is more important than the right CV.
