Milab Pulverlackering AB in Degerfors is seeking a production worker for a temporary position starting as soon as possible. We are a small company specializing in powder coating and surface treatment for customers in industries including manufacturing, construction, and industrial production. We now need to strengthen our team with a practical, responsible person who wants to work close to production. We work in a small team where everyone helps each other and where attention to detail, quality, and a good work pace are important. Job Responsibilities The work is varied and may include: Preparing products for powder coating Hanging and masking parts Powder coating, both manually and using equipment Blasting and other preparatory work Quality control of coated products Removing finished items, packing, and packaging Internal transport and forklift operation Other common production tasks Who Are We Looking For? We believe you are practical, thorough, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You see what needs to be done and take initiative, while enjoying working with others. For us, the right attitude is at least as important as extensive experience. We would like to see that you: Have experience from industry, production, or similar work Are accustomed to practical work Have good Swedish language skills Are thorough and quality-conscious Can work both independently and as part of a team A forklift license is very important for this position, and we prefer that you already have a valid license. It is a plus if you have experience with: Powder coating Industrial coating Blasting Masking and hanging Manufacturing or workshop work About the Position Employment type: Temporary Scope: Full-time Work hours: Daytime Location: Degerfors Start date: As soon as possible / by agreement The length of the temporary position depends on how our staffing needs develop, and there may be an opportunity for extension.
