We are now looking for a dedicated and present Production Manager who wants to take significant responsibility for both people and production at our facility in Näsum. Your Role As a Production Manager at YTAB, you will have a key role in our production, managing approximately 25 employees. You lead the operation on-site, create engagement in the team, and ensure that production delivers with high quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work in a shift-based operation and are expected to be a visible leader who enjoys working close to production and is motivated by coaching employees, developing work methods, and creating results together with your team. You report to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with both management and other functions within the company. Examples of Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop employees in daily work Responsible for staffing, production planning, and resource allocation Drive improvement efforts in efficiency, quality, and work environment Ensure that routines, safety regulations, and processes are followed Conduct employee reviews and actively work on competency development Monitor key performance indicators, quality, delivery accuracy, and productivity Handle personnel-related matters and create a positive work environment Work close to production to quickly make decisions and solve challenges Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who currently works as a Production Manager, Team Leader, Shift Leader, or in another management position within the manufacturing industry. You have experience leading people and delivering results through others. You are confident in your leadership, enjoy being present in operations, and have the ability to create engagement even when the pace is high. We see that you have: At least two years of experience with personnel responsibility within manufacturing industry Experience with work environment, staffing, and production responsibility Experience leading teams in a production environment with high demands for quality and delivery Experience with improvement work, preferably within Lean, 5S, or similar methodologies Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Good computer skills and experience with business systems and Office Suite Class B driver's license It is a merit if you have technical education or further education in leadership, work environment, or production technology.
