You, us, and the job As a production manager, you will be active in daily operations while also leading our team of terminal workers. This position is for you if you want to be part of a successful team and are skilled at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and excellent at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. It is crucial for attracting, retaining, and developing employees in a changing market. Nothing is impossible. The position is based on afternoon and evening hours. You work Monday through Thursday 14.00–22.00 and either Friday or Sunday 14.30–22.00.
