As a Production Manager, you will be offered a central role in the implementation of building service projects. You are responsible for quality, finances, planning and personnel in the projects. The role is part of the production management team for the Helsingborg business area. You have at least three years of experience in production management in the construction industry within building services. You have adequate post-secondary education. We assume that you have solid knowledge and experience in both acquiring and retaining customers as well as in production, planning and work supervision. Knowledge of laws and agreements relevant to the industry is a given. Furthermore, you are good at organizing and planning, are customer-oriented, have good leadership qualities and are good at creating a good working climate in the group. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate. We also see that you have a high work ethic and enjoy working with freedom under responsibility. We value teamwork and responsibility highly.
