You have at least three years of experience in production management in the construction industry within building services. You have adequate post-secondary education. We assume that you have solid knowledge and experience in both acquiring and retaining customers as well as in production, planning and work supervision. Knowledge of laws and agreements relevant to the industry is a given.
Furthermore, you are good at organizing and planning, are customer-oriented, have good leadership qualities and are good at creating a good working climate in the group.
